Position Summary:
The primary function of the Online Ad Sales Associate role will be to manage relationships with new and existing advertising partners. This includes managing the insertion order process, coordinating and revising creative materials with RockYou’s designers and ad operations team, monitoring, preparing, and reporting campaign statistics to advertisers, closing on repeat business when existing campaigns end, and responding to questions or requests existing advertisers may have about their campaigns.
Job requirements:
• Experience and aptitude in managing customer relations over the phone and in-person
• Demonstrated ability to close business
• Generate repeat online sales from follow-up calls and face-to-face meetings with existing advertisers
• Develop and maintain lists of prospects and active advertisers & maintain/utilize CRM database for client contact and scheduling
• Generally understand the Internet advertising marketplace and players including media, client and advertising agencies with regard to online advertising, internet marketing applications and terms including: e-commerce, impressions based advertising; CTR; CPA; CPC; and Search
• Be proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Entourage/Outlook)
• Experience using the Internet to research advertisers, understand industry trends and individual customer needs and wants
• Communicate with customers the advantages and value of using RockYou network as an advertising tool
• Stay up-to-date on new developments and technologies in online advertising
• Coordinate and revise creative materials for ad campaigns with RockYou designers and ad operations team; suggest ideas for new creative materials to advertisers
• Report advertising campaign successes back to advertisers
Skills:
• Past experience in phone sales and/or customer service
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to navigate and research information using the Internet effectively
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Webex Communications Inc. is currently looking for a sales professional with 2-5 years direct business-to-business inside sales experience. The Sales Development Representatives (SDR) will be responsible for making outbound calls to connect with people interested in learning more about WebEx. The SDR’s role is to initiate the sales process with new prospects for WebEx services and properly qualify or disqualify as needed. Contact will be made with business-to-business professionals such as VP of Human Resources, Directors of Training, CIO’s, VP of Sales, CTO or CFO’s. SDR’s should have past experience selling to the majority of buyers with these titles.
SDR’s will be expected to make at least 55 calls per day to prospects to achieve their daily appointment goal. The SDR is responsible for providing detailed documentation in our CRM system, Pivotal. SDR’s are aligned with a Corporate Sales team consisting of approximately 10 sales reps. The SDR will play an important support role to their team and be responsible for approximately 300K per quarter in revenue resulting from their appointments. SDR’s must enjoy and be able to work in a fast paced, metrics driven environment while displaying exemplary talent in building rapport and team spirit with not only their aligned sales team, but within their SDR team as well.
