ActionLink is seeking experienced merchandisers with solid planogram experience and a dedication to compliance and detail.
The reps must be available to work from 7-11 AM (before store opening hours). This work may be varied between 3 or more hours per week. Any additional In-store hours can be done anytime during the remainder of the week (self-scheduling) - up to additional 8 hours!
We conduct merchandising visits to major electronics superstores and office supply stores as well as major discount store chains, working with display and planogram sets of electronics, speakers, printers, cameras and computer and other departments.
We offer great hourly rates, car allowance per store, web reporting, and experienced Regional Managers to guide you to success!!
ActionLink general merchandisers must posses:
1. Working knowledge of planogram basics and merchandising techniques.
2. Ability to stand for long periods of time.
3. Ability to climb stair type ladder.
4. Ability to lift up to 35-40 lbs.
5. Home PC with Internet access and printer (reporting is on-line)
6. Reliable transportation.
7. Ability to complete work within ActionLink rotational time frames.
8. Ability to follow step by step instructions to set up end cap or in-line displays.
9. Ability to pass standard background check and in some instances drug testing
10. Due to vendor requests that we submit photos, a digital camera would be required.
If working in Best Buy or Circuit City locations, knowledge of basic wiring is necessary. (If you can set up a new computer or move one from room to room and inert wires correctly, that knowledge would be adequate).

People Search Media is looking for an Online Marketing Associate focused on research and analysis to help grow traffic to our unique collection of web properties. This position is ideal for a bright, ambitious individual with quantitative analytical experience who seeks to build a career in the online marketing industry.
Responsibilities
• Analyze marketing campaign performance and prepare detailed reports
• Develop and maintain management-oriented quantitative reports to help drive ongoing business decisions
• Conduct market research and work alongside company executives to assess strategic opportunities
• Work closely with C-level executives to develop ad hoc analyses and reports to support critical business initiatives
Qualifications
• BA/BS degree required
• 1-2 years of experience in a quantitative analytical role with a top-tier management consulting firm, investment bank, or analytical marketing firm preferred
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to multi-task effectively and work within deadlines
• General computer and Internet experience
• Existing knowledge of search engine optimization and marketing a plus
• Self-driven and competitive personality
