I'm flexible in terms of when the move-in/start date is, as long as it's no later then 6/15.
Me: 25, male, straight, non-smoker (I don't mind smoking, however, as long as it's not in the house), quiet, clean. My work day is from 7a-5pm M-F, so I need it relatively quiet by around 10 on weeknights. I am social, and do enjoy going out on weekends, and will occasionally have a few considerate and well-mannered friends or family over. I'm 25 and I don't plan on having messy and raucous parties though.
You: Professional with a full-time job, not a drug user, quiet, clean, and considerate. Male or female is ok. Must have the ability to pay bills on time, easy to get along with, and willing to have quiet evenings during the week. I plan on getting a cat, so you have to like cats, I suppose.
Housing: I'd ideally like to spend between $750-$1000, and I want my own bathroom, so a 2bd/2ba would be ideal. I prefer a newer complex/remodeled place, and the closer to San Mateo the better. Pet-friendly is preferred as well.
